I was trained by Will on a weekly basis for about a year and always found him professional and knowledgeable.  He helped me improve my overall fitness as well as supporting me through a shoulder and back injury by tailoring my exercises towards my recovery as well as liaising with the physiotherapist.

Sessions were always enjoyable, he balanced a range of activity from warm up to cool down.  I would certainly recommend him to anyone who seriously wishes to improve their fitness level.
