Mal is a fantastic trainer; sessions are really fun and varied, he ensures you steadily build strength and fitness in a sustainable way. He pushes you to try your hardest but in a supportive and encouraging way. I found that the mix of HIIT training and weights sped up my metabolism and built lean muscle so that I looked really toned - and the effects have lasted! He's a stickler for form so you'll learn to do it safely too! Highly recommended!
